Job Title: Splicing Technician
Pay: $30-40/hr. ($110/day Per Diem)
Job Description
As a Splicing Technician, you will perform advanced fusion splicing of reduced-diameter fiber and high-strand-count cables, including both ribbon and loose-tube constructions. Your expertise will ensure consistent, low-loss results in both mass fusion splicing and precision single-fiber splicing.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced fusion splicing on reduced-diameter fiber and high-strand-count cables.
- Execute mass fusion (ribbon) splicing with precision and low-loss results.
- Conduct precision single-fiber splicing with consistent quality.
- Ensure compliance with clear regulatory requirements.
- Possess reliable transportation to various job sites.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in fusion splicing techniques.
- Experience working on data centers or large construction sites.
- Ability to perform precision splicing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
