Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Waco, TX

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will perform routine analytical testing to support quality control efforts for pharmaceutical products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong laboratory skills and a passion for quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine analytical testing, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze and interpret data with a focus on accuracy.
  • Coordinate sample testing and input data into computer applications.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including analytical balances, total carbon analyzers, spectrophotometers, and pH meters.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and organizational skills while working independently or as part of a team.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field OR an Associate's degree with equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience with HPLC instrumentation in a laboratory setting.
  • Familiarity with pharma/biotech quality control testing is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with HPLC instrumentation.
  • Experience with data acquisition software, such as Chromeleon, ChemStation, or Empower.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP laboratory settings and wet chemistry techniques is a plus.

  • This is an on-site role.
  • The workplace offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideal for team players who can also work independently.
  • Potential for overtime work may be required.
