Job Description
We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team at the Spotsylvania Energy Center. As a general laborer, you will perform basic duties using hand tools on a solar site.
Responsibilities
- Perform general O&M duties using basic hand tools.
- Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Show up on time to work.
- Experience in labor, solar, or construction work.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- General construction background.
- Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Join the largest solar project on the East Coast, offering stability with a 25-year contract for O&M work. Enjoy 5 hours of overtime per week, with more available.
Work Environment
Work on a 500 MW solar project, performing O&M tasks on-site. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with 40-45 hours per week.

This is a Contract position based out of Charles City, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
