This entry-level General Production Worker role supports a climate-controlled production facility that processes and handles rental uniforms for multiple customers. You will work as part of a reliable, long-term team performing a variety of general production tasks, all with full training provided and no prior experience required.
Responsibilities- Perform general production duties on the production line, including handling and processing rental uniforms according to established procedures.
- Stock materials, supplies, and finished items in designated areas to support continuous production flow.
- Lift, move, and organize boxes and other items safely to maintain an efficient and orderly work area.
- Operate within assigned areas such as mat rolling, utility, or wash alley, following all training and work instructions.
- Complete repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy to meet production and quality standards.
- Follow established cleanliness and organization practices to keep the production area neat and safe.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate any issues or delays to maintain smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety rules and company policies while working on any shift.
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
- High attention to detail to ensure uniforms and materials are processed correctly.
- Good organizational skills to manage materials, tasks, and workstations efficiently.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and focus.

Multiple full-time shifts are available: first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), second shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), and third shift (12:00 AM–8:30 AM). Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.
