What You'll Do
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble quality products.
- Read tape measures and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform general labor and construction-related tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Assist with material movement, setup, and assembly operations.
- Work alongside experienced team members to meet production goals safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, mechanical assembly, carpentry, electrical work, roofing, landscaping, or other hands-on labor roles.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow basic blueprints or drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Work Environment & Schedule
- Industrial manufacturing facility with a strong safety culture.
- Overtime expected, with most employees working 48+ hours per week.
- Facility is not climate-controlled; heat is provided during colder months.
- Steel-toed boots required (employee provided).
- Hard hat, safety vest, and safety glasses provided during orientation.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
