⭐ Job Title: Kitter – Warehouse Parts & Packaging

You’ll count, sort, and package parts like hoses, bolts, lights, and other components—making sure every crate is complete, accurate, and ready to ship.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Build accessory kits for mining trucks using detailed checklists and work instructions
- Count and package parts such as hoses, bolts, lights, and hardware with accuracy
- Bag and group items to ensure correct configuration for shipment
- Handle and organize materials to keep parts staged and ready for kitting
- Track inventory and report shortages or missing items
- Use basic computer skills to update records or follow digital checklists
- Safely operate basic power tools when securing or packaging items
- Follow quality standards to ensure every crate is complete and correctly labeled
- Work both independently and with a team lead
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

🏭 Work Environment
You’ll work in a warehouse inside a large industrial facility. The space is non‑climate‑controlled, with large fans for airflow. This is a hands‑on role involving parts, packaging materials, and occasional power tools, along with computer use for inventory tasks.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport News, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
