Job Overview
We are hiring a Maintenance & Robotics Technician (MRT) to support the maintenance and repair of automated material handling equipment and conveyor systems. This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on MHE and conveyor systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on automated equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Repair motors, sensors, and control components
- Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities
- Support continuous improvement and equipment uptime
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience with MHE or conveyor systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLC systems or automated controls
- CMMS experience
- Robotics maintenance exposure
- Associate’s degree or trade certification
This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr.
