🧰 Lead Cable Technician – Data Center Infrastructure

Take the lead in building the backbone of the internet. We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Cable Technician to oversee large-scale cabling projects inside one of the most advanced data centers in the country.

🔧 What You’ll Be Leading:

• Supervise and guide teams installing cable trays, pulling cable/fiber, and building server racks
• Interpret blueprints and ensure proper execution of infrastructure plans
• Perform and oversee punch-downs, terminations, and labeling of cables
• Ensure proper routing and support of cables using fish tape, J-hooks, D-rings, and other methods
• Install grounding systems and fire-stopping procedures
• Maintain high standards for safety, documentation, and quality control

✅ What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cabling, fiber optics, and infrastructure installation
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and construction practices
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical diagrams
• Leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring technicians
• Flexibility with hours—willing to work extended shifts (up to 10–12 hours/day, 6 days/week if needed)
