Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial construction, particularly in healthcare and senior living projects. This role offers a long-term career opportunity within a growing and reputable construction firm, specializing in projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective scheduling of project timelines, dedicating 25% of your focus to this area.
• Manage project budgets, allocating 25% of your efforts to financial oversight.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and all project documentation with precision, accounting for 25% of your responsibilities.
• Conduct site visits and manage Assistant Project Managers and personnel, dedicating 25% of your time to on-site management.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction projects valued between $15 million and $100 million.
• Healthcare experience, specifically with senior living facilities, medical projects, and other healthcare-related construction.
• Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in senior living and healthcare construction projects.
• Ability to grow into a Senior Project Manager role.

Work Environment

This position is based in Winchester, VA, requiring work from the office and occasional visits to job sites as projects demand. Collaboration with Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents is essential.
