Bottling Line Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Bottling Line Associate to support daily operations within a fast-paced beverage and food production facility. This position is responsible for assisting with bottling operations, packaging finished goods, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and production areas, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, following structured processes, and handling repetitive production tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily bottling and packaging activities to maintain steady production flow.
- Load, pack, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment according to company specifications.
- Inspect bottles, labels, and packaging materials for quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machinery, tools, and production spaces in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in monitoring production equipment and notify supervisors of jams, malfunctions, or process interruptions.
- Affix and verify product labels, date codes, and packaging information.
- Track production counts and complete simple production logs and documentation accurately.
- Verify case quantities and assist with inventory-related counts during production runs.
- Assist with other warehouse and production support tasks as needed.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, GMP procedures, and PPE requirements throughout each shift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse production, or assembly line environments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production setting.
- Comfortable operating near automated equipment and conveyor systems.
- Basic math and counting skills for documenting quantities and production output.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and sanitation procedures.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with automated production systems or machine operation.
- Understanding of quality control practices and production line procedures.
- Experience maintaining cleanliness standards in regulated manufacturing settings.

Work Setting
This position works inside a regulated manufacturing facility with active production equipment and packaging lines. Team members should expect a physically active environment that may include standing for long periods, repetitive movement, and handling products throughout the day. Required protective attire may include safety shoes, gloves, masks, hair coverings, and other food-safe protective gear depending on the production area.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
