Job Description
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support a construction or production site by performing a wide range of general labor tasks. You will assist with cleaning, completing miscellaneous assignments for the site supervisor, and helping to wrap up the site safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties across the job site as directed by the supervisor.
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe, organized, and debris-free environment.
- Complete smaller miscellaneous tasks assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.
- Assist with site wrap-up activities, including organizing materials and preparing the site for the next phase of work or project completion.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure safely and correctly to support construction or production tasks.
- Support basic carpentry-related tasks under direction, such as handling materials or assisting with simple builds.
- Follow all instructions and work procedures carefully to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate any issues, hazards, or needs to the supervisor promptly to maintain a safe and productive worksite.
- Experience performing general labor tasks in a construction, production, or similar environment.
- Ability to use basic power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to use common hand tools for general labor and light carpentry tasks.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Basic familiarity with carpentry tasks and working with building materials.
- Strong reliability, with a consistent record of showing up on time and ready to work.
- Ability to follow directions carefully and complete assigned tasks with attention to detail.
- Access to a dependable mode of transportation to and from the job site.
- Previous experience in construction, production, or facilities maintenance is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and support different areas of the site as needed.

Work Environment
This position is based on a construction or production site where you will perform physical labor, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the shift. You will work with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools, and you will assist in maintaining a clean and orderly work area. The environment may involve exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and dust, and you should be prepared to wear appropriate work attire and any required personal protective equipment as directed.

This is a Contract position based out of Port Angeles, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
