Job Description
Join a dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant focusing on Talent Operations Coordination. This role supports the talent acquisition process by working closely with various stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring practices. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a global organization and play a key role in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain all hiring requisition data.
- Serve as the point of contact for new and backfill request/approval processes.
- Work within recruiting systems and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators to create requisitions.
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and engage appropriate contacts as necessary.
- Track and report end-to-end details for all open and ongoing hiring processes.
- Work with managers and recruiting partners to ensure open requisition details are properly captured throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
- Experience in recruitment or program management with at least 4 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a project management or operations role.
- Knowledgeable in Employee Central and iCIMS.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment related to business operations, recruiting associates, or administrative assistance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
- Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with integrity.
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position, offering a mix of collaborative and solo work within a team of five. The role provides a balanced work-life culture in a supportive and inclusive environment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.E
