Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate and drive firmware and software development initiatives for cutting-edge gaming accessories. Working at the intersection of hardware and software engineering, you will serve as the critical link between internal development teams and external partner vendors, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery of complex technical projects. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional activities, managing development lifecycles, and maintaining alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical depth with program management excellence, driving projects from initiation through successful delivery while navigating the complexities of vendor relationships and internal coordination.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive programs and projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Interface with clients and stakeholders on technical and business issues throughout the development lifecycle
- Manage firmware development workstreams and validate externally developed code for quality and integration readiness
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external partner vendors
- Create and review functional specifications that guide product and service implementation decisions
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings to prioritize development work and drive strategic direction
- Track bugs, workstreams, and delivery milestones using project management tools
- Provide technical and analytical information to Product Managers and Product Unit Managers
- Ensure successful integration of firmware and software across complex technical ecosystems
- Generate program and project schedules along with regular status reports for stakeholders
- Minimum 10 years of Product Management experience
- Minimum 10 years of Software Technical Program Management experience
- Minimum 2 years of Software Development experience
- Senior-level Program Management expertise with proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives
- Strong Technical Program Management background in firmware and software development
- Experience managing external development partners and vendor relationships
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar project tracking and management platforms
- Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
- Technical acumen to understand and validate firmware and software integration requirements
- Strategic planning and prioritization skills for managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and business audiences
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate technical and organizational challenges
- Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 1 day/week on average)
- Duration: 3 months
- Pay Range*: $77.50 - $87.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
