We are hiring for several Technical SDE Sourcer positions for 3 locations: Bellevue, WA, Seattle, WA & Arlington, VA!


Job Description:

Currently fully remote we are searching for a high-volume SDE technical sourcer. The Technical Sourcer is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected. The role typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.


Responsibilities

  • High-volume technical sourcing for software engineering candidates.
  • Recruit and interview potential candidates.
  • Check references and extend employment offers.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
  • Lead and direct the work of others as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in recruiting for technical candidates.
  • Proficiency in recruiting and technical recruiting.
  • Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.

Work Environment

The role is based in Seattle, Bellevue, or Virginia, with remote work options available for the contract portion. The position supports high-volume software engineering hiring.
