Job Title: Jr. Technical Recruiter/Sourcer

Job Description

We are seeking six technical sourcing recruiters to support recruiting efforts on our team. This role focuses primarily on top-of-funnel sourcing and requires a metrics-driven individual who can deliver high output.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical sourcing to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Utilize ATS systems effectively to manage candidate information and tracking.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to support hiring goals.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and meet sourcing targets.

Essential Skills

• Experience in technical sourcing, ideally between 1-3 years.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems.
• Strong recruiting skills with a focus on metrics-driven approaches.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn technical aspects if coming from a non-technical background.
• Demonstrated ability to be a go-getter and proactive in sourcing efforts.

Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite in Seattle, providing an immersive work environment. The role requires full engagement and collaboration with the team in a dynamic office setting.
