Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized and hard-to-fill Medical positions from requisition to offer acceptance
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels and recruiting strategies
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with position requirements
• Perform thorough reference checks to validate candidate credentials and work history
• Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Plan and accomplish recruitment goals using extensive experience and independent judgment
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the recruitment process with exceptional accuracy
Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures across various specializations
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities in complex hiring situations
• High level of detail orientation with ability to manage intricate processes and workflows
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Leadership capabilities to guide and mentor others

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
Experience:
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in recruiting, particularly for specialized positions
• Healthcare or technology company background preferred
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for Clinician candidates or similar specialized roles preferred
