Field Service Technician – Casino Gaming Equipment

Overview

The Field Service Technician is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for maintaining and supporting gaming equipment across a designated service area. This position combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills and involves regular local travel to ensure machines operate reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on gaming machines to maintain peak performance and compliance.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out timely repairs on gaming equipment and related systems.
Deliver high-quality customer support by building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Install, configure, test, and service a variety of electronic components and systems.
Safely operate hand and power tools during maintenance and repair activities.
Lead or assist with machine conversions, installations, and upgrades with minimal supervision.
Travel frequently within the assigned territory (up to 75% local travel; no overnight stays required).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
Hands-on experience working with electronic devices, including repair and configuration.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and foster client relationships.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of networking and system connectivity.
Comfortable working with common hand and power tools in a technical environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.

$27-$32 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
