Field Service Technician – Casino Gaming Equipment
Overview
The Field Service Technician is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for maintaining and supporting gaming equipment across a designated service area. This position combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills and involves regular local travel to ensure machines operate reliably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on gaming machines to maintain peak performance and compliance.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out timely repairs on gaming equipment and related systems.
- Deliver high-quality customer support by building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Install, configure, test, and service a variety of electronic components and systems.
- Safely operate hand and power tools during maintenance and repair activities.
- Lead or assist with machine conversions, installations, and upgrades with minimal supervision.
- Travel frequently within the assigned territory (up to 75% local travel; no overnight stays required).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Hands-on experience working with electronic devices, including repair and configuration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and foster client relationships.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of networking and system connectivity.
- Comfortable working with common hand and power tools in a technical environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.
$27-$32 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
