Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant/Warehouse Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant/Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining the integrity of our pharmacy operations through the accurate storage and handling of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper storage of drugs and supplies, including maintaining appropriate refrigeration for perishable products.
- Monitor and adjust or calibrate pharmacy equipment as needed.
- Fill dispensing boxes and prepare them for distribution.
- Create or correct shipping labels and deliver packages to Mail and Courier services when necessary.
- Monitor prescription drug inventory within the pharmacy computer system.
- Receive inventory and ensure accurate product receipt.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to inventory.
- Perform cycle counting activities and complete order processing.
Essential Skills
- Experience in a pharmacy or warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks.
- Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License or the ability to obtain one before hire.
Work Environment
This position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be requested based on business needs but is not expected. The role involves working in a dynamic environment that requires standing for extended periods and handling various pharmacy and warehouse tasks.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodinville, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.25 - $23.00/hr.
