Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and motivated General Production Worker to support our day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in contributing to a safe and efficient production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general production and labor tasks
- Assist with operating basic machinery, equipment, and tools
- Support material handling, including loading and unloading products
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support production needs
Qualifications
- Previous general labor or production experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Shifts & Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bangor, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
