Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Manufacturing Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, and skilled trades roles.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing high-volume requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates
- Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with operations leaders and HR to align hiring priorities
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, challenges, and market insights
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner throughout the hiring process
- Recruitment Administration
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or high-volume recruiting preferred)

This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
