PC Technician

PC Tech / Lab team responsible for all New hire builds including imaging, desktop setups & Inventory. Additional responsibilities with PC refresh so some end user contact but not primary.

Experience with ticketing systems, MS office, SCCM & general Desktop hardware preferred. Plus for Customer Service etc.

• Responsible for al initial imaging and hardware set up - user PCs and fixture PCs - engineering PCs that are shared

• Testing equipment

○ Making sure desks and user equipment is setup

○ Onboarding -new hire experience

• Inventory control

○ Laptops, desktops monitors backpacks keyboards

○ Software is called Asset Panda

• PC Swaps - primary for all hardware replacements. Shipping, packing

○ End of life URL

Typically we will specialize the team in different areas

Share all tasks but give everyone a focus.

Set up intern bunkers, other duties as assigned.

They do some printer/toner replacement

Understanding of life and family - life happens. As long as you get your 40 hours in between 7 and 5 we are all good.

As long as the flexibility doesn't get taken advantage of

Hard workers work best

Will take someone with no IT experience
