Job Description
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for performing structural design and analysis for commercial retail projects. You will design structural systems using materials such as steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and cold-formed metal framing. You will also prepare structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for all project phases, and coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, owners, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural design and analysis for commercial retail projects.
- Design structural systems using steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and cold-formed metal framing.
- Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for all project phases.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, owners, and contractors to support integrated project delivery.
- Apply working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, NDS, and local jurisdiction requirements.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
- Maintain project schedules and meet aggressive delivery timelines.
- Proficiency in structural engineering and design.
- Experience with structural analysis software.
- Proficiency in using Revit.
- Knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, NDS standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license or within 1 year of becoming licensed.
- Experience with RAM and precast concrete systems.
The position is based in a state-of-the-art facility that includes amenities such as a golf simulator and fitness center. Work is conducted in-person from Monday to Friday, with flexible start times. There is no option for remote work.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fond Du Lac, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
