- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $19/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday — $20/hr
- Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Friday–Sunday — $21/hr

What
You’ll Do
- Assemble Components — Build quick‑release couplings with accuracy and consistency
- Operate Tools & Equipment — Use hand tools and assembly machinery
- Inspect Products — Verify functionality and meet quality standards
- Package completed assemblies for shipment
- Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles
- Participate in A3 and 3‑Legged 5 Why continuous improvement activities
- Achieve 90%+ daily attainment
- Contribute to a positive, safety‑focused team environment

Required
Skills & Experience
- Experience in production, assembly, general labor, or packaging
- Ability to operate machines and perform inspections
- Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
