Job Title: Production Packaging Associate
Job Description
Join a clean, FDA-regulated manufacturing facility where you will support high-volume production by sorting, inspecting, and packaging plastic medical and hygiene products. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on, repetitive work, takes pride in quality, and is looking for long-term growth opportunities from production roles into supervisory positions.
Responsibilities
- Sort and package plastic syringes as they come off the production line, maintaining consistent pace and accuracy.
- Package plastic materials into cases and cartons according to established procedures and specifications.
- Handle and package products such as shampoo, antibacterial soaps (PvP), and swab packets into cartons while following all safety and quality guidelines.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure labels are correct, legible, and meet all regulatory and company standards.
- Perform repetitive production and packaging tasks while maintaining focus, quality, and productivity throughout the shift.
- Stand for the entire shift while working at production and packaging stations.
- Lift materials and products up to 40 lbs on occasion, using proper lifting techniques and safety practices.
- Operate basic production and packaging equipment as needed, following training and standard operating procedures.
- Work effectively in a cleanroom and FDA-regulated environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
- Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards, including wearing required PPE such as hairnets and beard nets and removing jewelry.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and maintain smooth workflow.
- Report any product defects, labeling issues, or equipment concerns promptly to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in roles such as machine operator, general labor, assembly, or warehouse.
- Experience with production and general labor tasks in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capability to stand for an entire shift while performing production and packaging duties.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on occasion using safe lifting techniques.
- Basic understanding of packaging processes and working with cartons and cases.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom or highly regulated production environment.
- Reliability and strong work ethic, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Commitment to following safety protocols, GMPs, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
