What You'll Do
As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring products meet quality and customer standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of blown film production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Operate equipment used to convert large rolls of plastic film into smaller finished rolls according to specifications.
- Safely utilize shaft hoists and material-handling equipment to move and position product.
- Load, tape, tag, and prepare cores for production runs.
- Handle, move, and position plastic rolls weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Package, label, and palletize finished products according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Perform trim replacement and barrel changeovers as needed during production.
- Box, label, and load finished plastic rolls throughout the shift.
- Change machine cutting knives following established safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and material handling throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
