Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
This role supports the production of high-quality sporting goods, with current openings focused on helmet molding and surface preparation, softball pad printing, and baseball/softball tee assembly. You will follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing processes while working as part of a small, collaborative team to ensure products meet strict specifications and standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent daily attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures at all times.
- Read, understand, and follow departmental product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the manufacturing of sporting goods products.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards as a committed team member.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support activities beyond the core job description as part of a small, collaborative team.
Essential Skills
- At least 6 months of previous work history within the past 12 months.
- Ability to operate machinery in a production environment.
- Ability to manually assemble components and products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
- Experience with assembly, production, or general labor work.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean, organized, climate-controlled production environment that supports comfort and consistency throughout the day. Depending on the production department, you may be exposed to dust, airborne fibers, dirt, noise, vibrations, chemicals, and solvents; appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, sleeves, smocks, face shields, and face masks is provided and required for certain tasks. The culture has a small-town feel where teams typically work in cells of 5–6 people, encouraging collaboration and mutual support. The dress code is casual and practical: you may wear jeans or shorts, and while steel toe boots are not required, closed-toe shoes must be worn for safety. The role follows a first-shift schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a consistent daytime work routine with the added benefit of a climate-controlled facility and music available via speakers to create a comfortable and engaging workday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
