Overview:

We are eeking experienced Help Desk professionals to provide remote Tier 1 support during an software go-live. This is a short-term project requiring strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.


Key Details:

  • Location: Milwaukee, WI (hybrid)
  • Start Date: June 3, 2025
  • Duration: 3 month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone-based technical support for software-related issues
  • Handle password resets, account access, and basic navigation
  • Log and escalate tickets using an ITSM platform
  • Follow documented procedures and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Help Desk or Service Desk experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Quick learner and team player
Compensation:$18
