Job Description
The candidate must be customer centric and be able to provide exceptional customer service and remain flexible with office support. You need to be able to work independently but also perform well within a team environment. Daily responsibilities will include mailroom support services and hospitality services. The candidate will assist with processing incoming mail and packages along with providing customer support within the office services environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
- Assist with processing incoming mail and packages.
- Support office services including hospitality services.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and sorting.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Work Environment
The work environment requires no driving. The dress code is black polo and khaki pants. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7am to 4pm.
