Job Description
The Test Technician is responsible for executing manufacturing solutions and providing high-quality, cost-appropriate services that meet customer requirements. The role involves applying process improvements or troubleshooting as needed. The technician will utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including the creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production. The technician will demonstrate a basic, discipline-specific understanding of support for full processes, product requirements, and specifications, all executed under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices. Additionally, the technician will provide support to direct production line operators.
Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Apply process improvements or troubleshooting as necessary.
- Utilize tools such as digital multimeters and oscilloscopes for documentation, analysis, and verification.
- Support and understand full processes, product requirements, and specifications.
- Provide assistance to production line operators.
- Proficiency with digital multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits.
- Experience in component-level troubleshooting.
- Experience with LCR motors, functional generators, and signal analyzers.
- Familiarity with flash programming equipment and logic analyzers.
- Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred.
This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr.
