- Familiarity with spray application methods and loose-fill or foamed insulation systems.
- Experience with interior work such as painting or finishing is beneficial.
You will join a team that values safety, quality workmanship, and steady, hands-on work in the construction field. The role offers the opportunity to build practical trade skills, work on a variety of projects, and gain experience with different insulation systems and tools. You will benefit from a consistent installation process, supportive teammates, and the chance to grow your capabilities in a high-demand trade.
Work Environment
This is a field-based role where your primary work environment is active construction sites rather than a traditional office. You will work in both indoor and outdoor settings, including exterior walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. The job involves regular use of ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment, as well as hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, and spray guns. You may operate a company vehicle and are expected to follow all driving and DOT requirements. Safety is a core focus, with clear job site rules and ready access to MSDS/SDS information.
