Job Title: Electronics Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform in-circuit and functional tests on complex circuit card assemblies to verify performance and identify faults.
- Troubleshoot circuit board assemblies down to the component level using test equipment, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Repair integrated unit-level assemblies and circuit board assemblies, replacing or reworking components as needed.
- Support assembly processes for unit subassemblies and final integration of unit-level assemblies to meet production and quality standards.
- Utilize mechanical skills to disassemble and reassemble products according to drawings or other documented procedures using common hand tools.
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot subassembly-level components to ensure proper operation before integration.
- Integrate, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex end items to confirm they meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Interpret and follow written work instructions, engineering drawings, and electrical and mechanical schematics during all stages of testing and assembly.
- Independently diagnose complex circuitry and determine appropriate corrective actions.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Creek, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
