Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and estimators to deliver large commercial construction projects on time and within budget. Utilizing project management software, the Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers to ensure adherence to the project schedule and will coordinate with subcontractors to maintain budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and estimators to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Utilize project management software to manage project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project schedules are followed.
• Work with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on budget.
• Oversee construction, bidding, and project management processes.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and document control.
• Handle projects ranging from $10-50 million over approximately 12 months.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction, bidding, and project management.
• Knowledge of change orders, RFIs, and project engineering.
• Experience in commercial construction and document control.
• Ability to self-perform and manage ground-up projects.
• Experience running projects valued between $10-50 million.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Management.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in construction management.

Work Environment

The position is with a mid-sized general contractor located in the western suburbs of Milwaukee.
