PC Technician

TEKsystems is seeking a IT Consultant for our client in Plymouth, WI who can help with a large project through at least the end of the year. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of IT experience. The responsibilities include:

- Focus on patch management for the entire contract

- Ensure agents for desktop/patch management and vulnerability management tools (KACE, Automox, Rapid 7, etc.) are installed and functioning.

- Perform regular monitoring to maintain operational agents.

Use Automox to deploy patches and monitor their application, addressing issues as needed.

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of help desk or IT support experience.

- Basic IT experience and education in IT at least associates degree.

-Ability to follow scripted instructions and work independently.
