Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for high-quality metal components.
  • Optimize production workflows to increase efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Apply SolidWorks 3D modeling and CNC programming expertise to fabrication solutions.
  • Lead improvement projects that enhance productivity and product performance.
  • Support contract manufacturing operations with technical expertise and process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of fabrication experience in lasers, turret punch presses, welding, forming, rolling, and assembly.
  • Expertise in SolidWorks 3D modeling for sheet metal processing.
  • Strong CNC programming skills for precision manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in job shop environments—adapting to dynamic production needs.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working collaboratively in a diverse setting.

Bonus/Preferred Skills

  • Six Sigma certifications or other process improvement credentials (preferred, not required).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills—work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
