Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Field Engineer to support vessel construction and commissioning activities. This role is focused on field engineering and oversight, not design, and will play a key role in bridging engineering and production during the final phases of construction. Key Responsibilities -Provide on-site engineering oversight during vessel construction and commissioning -Support and coordinate commissioning activities to ensure compliance with ABS and USCG requirements -Review and verify engineering and design documentation for accuracy and constructability -Act as a liaison between Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical issues -Support development and implementation of practical engineering solutions to field issues -Provide regular status updates to engineering leadership and management -Split time daily between office work and onboard vessel activities at the yard

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
