Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead high-precision mechanical designs ensuring top-tier performance and quality.
  • Provide expert guidance to sales teams, technicians, and stakeholders.
  • Create mathematically verified solutions for packaging challenges.
  • Evaluate and select optimal materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Optimize designs for assembly, maintenance, and long-term reliability.
  • Lead projects improving automation, pneumatic systems, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • Expertise in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, Vault, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills in pneumatics, vibration analysis, FEA, and GD&T.
  • Ability to assess design risks and ensure safety compliance.
  • Experience driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with shop-floor interaction—troubleshooting designs, confirming processes, and collaborating hands-on.
  • Exposure to dynamic manufacturing settings, requiring safety precautions like glasses and safety-toe shoes.
  • Work on industry-leading packaging machinery, shaping the future of engineering excellence.
Compensation:$50.48
