Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Processes
    • Design, evaluate, and refine manufacturing systems for quality, efficiency, and cost savings
    • Improve Product Designs
      • Work closely with engineering to ensure manufacturability and performance
      • Implement Automation
        • Lead AI-driven automation, machine learning applications, and system upgrades
        • Drive Continuous Improvement
          • Conduct process analysis, lean manufacturing initiatives, and takt-time optimizations
          • Data-Driven Decisions
            • Perform cost studies, inventory control analysis, and KPI tracking

            Qualifications

            • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial) preferred
            • 3+ years experience in process improvements and fixture design
            • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Epicor ERP systems
            • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies
            • Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, tooling selection, and automation projects
            Compensation:$40
