We are rapidly expanding to meet production demands and are seeking skilled operators for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. With 49 CNC machines on the floor, each operator will produce between 500 and 1,100 parts per shift. Successful candidates will have at least 6 months of general machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for one to four weeks, with a 5% shift premium upon transitioning to 2nd or 3rd shift.
