Job Overview The Escalation Analyst role contributes to the success of One Hubbell Finance (OHF) by investigating and escalating situations which may be negatively impacting the Hubbell Order to Cash (OTC) cycle. To view all opportunities to join our team and to learn more about who we are, visit our website at systemscontrol.com. #LI-TB1 A Day In The Life<ul> <li>Follow projects from panel wire through field completion to facilitate test productivity</li> <li>Work with Test team leaders to track and communicate issues found by the panel and EE test teams to the appropriate stakeholders</li> <li>Work with Logistics and Testing department leaders to plan and schedule the electrical testing resources necessary to complete each project's remaining scope of work at customer sites</li> <li>Participate in EE field services kick-off meetings with the required stakeholders, documenting required information to develop a detailed electrical testing scope of work</li> <li>Coordinate with the Field Service scheduling supervisor to align dates for the test team to be at sites</li> <li>Implement a detailed communication plan to inform stakeholders of daily progress and issues that arise</li> <li>Develop relationships and schedule contract test company resources to augment our test team</li> <li>Ensure test documentation is completed and stored in correct locations</li> <li>Track team and project performance metrics</li> <li>Perform quarterly field test audits</li> <li>Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement solutions with input from others</li> <li>Schedule and track equipment and vehicles required for field test crews and their related maintenance</li> </ul>What will help you thrive in this role?<ul> <li>Degree in Engineering, Business, or Management-related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
