Job Description The department of Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, Metabolism & Bioanalytics (PDMB) is seeking a curious and collaborative Scientific Director for our growing Translational PK/PD organization. The Translational PK/PD Director is an expert mathematical modeler and scientist who can lead development of and supervise others in modeling strategy for drug discovery. Directors work with multi-disciplinary discovery teams to enable early, efficient, and successful decisions about PK/PD, modality selection, and dose prediction across all therapeutic areas for small molecule, peptide, and protein therapeutics. The Translational PK/PD Director will serve as an individual contributor and mentor/supervise junior colleagues, with the following responsibilities: <ul><li>Serve as expert representative for PDMB in cross-functional teams, to advance model-informed drug discovery and translational science.</li><li>Integrate in vitro & in vivo data into systems models (PBPK, PK/PD, mechanistic models) of drug disposition and pharmacology, to support translational and reverse translational efforts across multiple modalities and therapeutic areas;</li><li>Understand the impact of drug disposition on novel disease biology and pharmacological response (PK/PD) to inform human PK and dose projections;</li><li>Collaborate across the PDMB organization to develop modeling and simulation strategies to identify and optimize drug candidates;</li><li>Oversee a group of scientists (in a scientific and/or supervisory role);</li><li>Mentor / supervise junior colleagues to perform the above duties and to grow the above capabilities.</li></ul>In addition to the responsibilities described above, Directors demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills, collaborating across PDMB and with other functional areas to build strategies for quantitative model-informed drug discovery. Director, Translational PK/PD Data Science

Job Description The Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, Metabolism and Bioanalytics (PDMB) Bioanalytics group in West Point, PA conducts regulated PK, immunogenicity and molecular assay development and validation, along with GLP and clinical sample analysis for the development of small molecules, vaccines and biotherapeutics. We are seeking a highly talented and motivated individual with experience managing and implementing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) within the regulated bioanalytical laboratory setting. Key responsibilities will include the development, validation, enhancement and oversight of LIMS systems or related modules that are used to track sample chain of custody records, analyze bioanalytical data, and handle data management. The candidate will also provide operational support of bioanalytical sample and data flow processes, and the validation of computerized systems. While the primary focus of the role will involve vaccines assays and related systems, where experience is preferred, activities may involve other modalities and methods supported by the bioanalytical labs at our Company or external partners. This is a builder role inside a cybersecurity engineering organization-not a research lab, not an analytics reporting team. Your job is to develop real models that drive containment, response, and automation at scale using telemetry from platforms like Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Wiz, and ServiceNow. Job Description: This role is about impact. You will work on systems that directly affect enterprise risk posture, automating decisions around isolation, escalation, and prioritization. The models you build must work reliably inside operational pipelines, integrate with engineering workflows, and be explainable under pressure. We are building adaptive, system-aware automation-models that reason over behavior and drive real-time action. That means everything you create must be contextual, actionable, and robust enough to operate in live production environments. If you're used to exploratory notebooks with no consequences or haven't worked with security data before, this role will be hard. You must understand the stakes, the complexity, and how automation changes enterprise behavior. We're not looking for theoretical modelers-we need someone who can think in systems and ship. Job Description Specialist, Quality Systems and Compliance (P2)- Night Shift Our company is expanding its global recombinant human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine production network by investing $650 million and adding a 225,000-square-foot building within the footprint of the Maurice R. Hilleman Center for Vaccine Manufacturing in Durham, NC. The new facility will be used to produce the bulk active ingredient for the HPV vaccine, comprised of fermentation, microfiltration/ultrafiltration, and chromatography steps. Approximately 614,000 people are diagnosed with certain HPV-related cancers each year. Our company's manufactures the two HPV vaccines that are predominantly utilized to eradicate these cancers globally. In recent years, countries around the world have enacted new or expanded HPV vaccination programs, which has created an unprecedented increase in global demand. The manufacturing facility in Durham will play a critical role in the network of plants that produce life-saving medicines and vaccines, including our HPV vaccines.
