This Individual will provide leadership as the senior automation engineer for an aseptic manufacturing facility. Responsible for problem resolution, implementation of process control, data collection techniques, and troubleshooting in compliance with SDLC, GMP, safety, and environmental regulations. Job Description Position Description The Chemical Engineering Research & Development department (CERD), part of the Process Research and Development organization, is seeking a highly motivated and technically focused individual to serve as crystallization subject matter expert. The incumbent will develop isolation processes that deliver desired solid-state properties, purity, and yield for clinical programs across our diverse pipeline. This role involves the development of new technologies focused on improving the efficiency of laboratory crystallization development and aims to provide greater process understanding. The application of state-of-the art tools, including process analytical technology (PAT) and process modeling, will be integral to the position. Developing subject matter expertise in drying, milling operations, and particle size control, including execution of wet and dry milling experiments, is expected. The position involves hands-on process development and scale-up work performed at scales spanning benchtop and commercial manufacturing sites. Job Description Lead all sales activities in support of achieving the goals of the US Livestock Business. These activities include sales force direction and development, setting of the sales organizations priorities, development of operational budget; close collaboration with livestock marketing lead and to ensure field input to inform the portfolio strategy development process; key customer interface; KOL interface; Participate in the development, implementation, and control of annual and long-range sales planning and the design of sales incentive plans aligned to the organizations priorities. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Develop, implement and execute short, medium and long-term product sales strategies (sales engagement, customer base, brand equity, market share) to achieve established sales goals.</li><li>Work with livestock leadership, marketing and finance to establish annual budgets.
