The role of the Purchasing Clerk is to ensure that items are accurately received and stored, while maintaining accuracy of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) inventory. Generate accurate detailed Purchase Orders and price comparisons to achieve best cost and shortest lead-times on parts and supplies. In addition to maintenance stockroom responsibilities, the individual will provide dependable service to the operations and maintenance organizations. Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-motivation is a must. Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis. Review deliveries against the orders. Track the status of any orders. Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. Ensure that all PO's and Receivers are sent to accounting. Produce and maintain all reports. Manage any procurement activities including RFP's (Request for Proposals). Utilize and establish Bar code system to maintain an accurate inventory. Keep accurate records to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of maintenance including materials management, PMs, backlog, etc. Responsible for maintaining and organizing the stockroom, verifying inventory counts, locating and properly labeling items within the stockroom. Responsible for periodic cycle counts of MRO inventory. Ensures parts are issued properly, and perpetual inventory is maintained. Properly stores materials in predetermined stockroom location. CLERK-PURCHASING/STOREROOM 1st Shift

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the plant sales team to achieve sales goals, develop new business relationships, expand current customer relationships, and facilitate new product ideas and design based on customer needs. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN -2ND SHIFT

The Maintenance Clerk's primary job is purchasing supplies for all of production (manufacturing). You will be required to handle all of aspects of this job in a timely manner. Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Place orders on a timely basis for purchases of materials and supplies. Create purchase orders for supplies and work orders. Receive in all supplies and parts as they are delivered to the plant and deliver required paperwork to accounting. Be familiar with standard products used and research sources of supplies for the highest quality, best value for the money, best terms, etc. Establish vendor files and inventory control records. Maintain price records and handle discrepancies as they arise. Understand and comply with all safety and quality requirements. Able to inform maintenance of an issue needing their assistance. Inform management of upcoming price increases, improved product availability, and economical alternatives. Maintaining a positive and professional work attitude. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. Additional duties assigned by management. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, Outlook (Email Communication), CMMS Inventory Management, Hexacomb IQMS Purchasing System, Standardized inventory control practices. Senior Staff Engineer

The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior service to customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, freight rates, allocations, and delivery dates, receiving new orders, and monitoring status of current orders. Additionally, the Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving complaints and requests for billing adjustments.
