					Operate winding machine, robotics, heat treatment, cooling, coating, stenciling/coning and paint at a high level of proficiency to produce springs according to quality standards and customer specifications. Organize and stage product for timely shipment to customer.

	Set-up and operate production cell equipment including; spring winding machines, robotics, oven, paint, conveyor, and stencil/coning machines, to produce springs within given customer and quality specifications, tolerances and production schedule.
	Select robot program options according to production requirements.
	Monitor workflow through heat treatment, coating and cooling processes.
	Change over and ensure proper tooling is used according to specifications.
	Set-up and operate torches, plasma cutters and grinders.
	Unload finished product onto pallets and/or carts ensuring proper quantities are in bundles. Ensure production is properly identified with correct pallet identification.
	Select printing templates on stenciling machine.
	Utilize bar codes on work orders for stencil print and processing according to quality and customer specifications.
	Consistently achieve established key performance indicators.

The Glass Worker is responsible for fabricating, finishing, inspecting, and maintaining glass parts to meet strict quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate glass lathes to fabricate complex bore envelope assemblies.</li><li>Cut, gauge, and sandblast bores to specification.</li><li>Fire polish glass and bore materials.</li><li>Bead Kovar onto assemblies as required.</li><li>Perform visual inspections to identify defects and quality issues.</li><li>Set up, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on equipment.</li><li>Track yield, maintain production records, and support basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain inventory levels and work area cleanliness.</li><li>Train or assist with training other team members as needed.</li><li>Follow all safety, health, and cleanroom procedures.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Strong experience using measurement equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, and Pin Gauges.</li><li>Experience working with small parts and assembly.</li><li>Manual machine operating experience, including making adjustments to machines.</li><li>Experience following work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Basic math skills, including measurements, geometry, and proportions.</li></ul>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with chemical handling and work orders.</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThe position operates on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
