⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

As a Plating Helper, you’ll work side‑by‑side with experienced operators and learn how aerospace parts get cleaned, coated, and finished to exact specifications. Every day, you’ll build skills that translate into long‑term manufacturing careers.

Assist plating operations — support electrodeposited and electroless plating processes
Learn chemical finishing — help with conversion coating and passivation
Prep and clean aerospace parts — mechanical cleaning, coating removal, and part handling
Inspect incoming parts — counting, visual checks, and verifying previous steps
Keep production moving — complete orders on time and follow job travelers
Document your work — fill out simple processing paperwork
Maintain quality — perform in‑process inspections
Follow all safety procedures and help keep the department clean and organized

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.90 - $18.00/hr.
