Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA (100% Onsite)
Duration: Temporary/Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team for a leading aerospace organization. In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination for candidate interviews, onboarding activities, travel arrangements, and recruiting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR or recruiting professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys working with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of virtual, phone, and onsite interviews.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
- Coordinate candidate travel logistics and process related expense reimbursements.
- Support new hire onboarding activities and HR administrative processes.
- Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, candidate communications, onboarding materials, and evaluation forms.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within ATS and HR systems.
- Utilize systems such as BrassRing, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite to support recruiting operations.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance recruiting efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, talent acquisition support, or a related field.
- Experience scheduling high-volume interviews and coordinating multiple calendars.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience maintaining confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably BrassRing.
- Experience working with SAP or similar HRIS/business systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Corporate recruiting or talent acquisition support experience.
- Experience with candidate travel coordination and expense reporting.
- Experience supporting onboarding and new hire processes.
- Background working within large or multi-site organizations.
- Process improvement mindset with strong organizational skills.

Work Environment
This position is fully onsite in Rancho Bernardo, CA, supporting a Talent Acquisition team across multiple Southern California locations. The role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of recruiting activity while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
