About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high-volume requisition load, supporting a diverse portfolio of positions across corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and facilities functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume requisition portfolio, handling 40+ open positions simultaneously.
- Support hiring across a variety of functions, including:
- Corporate
- Technical
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Facilities
- Lead the recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Create and post job advertisements, source qualified candidates, and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate phone screens and assess qualifications against hiring requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Collaborate on compensation alignment and hiring recommendations throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Manage requisitions across multiple San Diego-area locations, including Rancho Bernardo, Poway, and Torrey Pines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview documentation, and recruiting metrics within the BrassRing Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs, shifting priorities, and evolving requisition assignments.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Ability to successfully manage a high-volume requisition workload of 40–80 openings.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of skill sets, including corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles.
- Strong skills in sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly manual recruiting environment without heavy reliance on automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using BrassRing or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience partnering with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders throughout the hiring process.
- Familiarity with compensation discussions and offer development.
- Prior experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple locations.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or other technical industries is highly preferred.

Work Environment
This position follows a 9/80 work schedule and requires an on-site presence in the San Diego area, including Poway, Rancho Bernardo, and Torrey Pines. The recruiter must be flexible and willing to travel between locations as business needs require.
You'll work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders in a collaborative environment focused on attracting and hiring top talent across a broad range of disciplines. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys a hands-on, high-volume recruiting environment and is passionate about driving hiring results.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.47/hr.
