What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and stage daily production kits with precision and accuracy
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and production delays
- Pull, organize, and prepare materials for production use
- Perform inventory transactions, transfers, and reconciliations in ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using problem-solving skills
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with Production and Planning teams to align material needs
- Organize inventory locations, label racking, and improve material flow
- Participate in red tag meetings for nonconforming or excess materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Bring
- 2+ years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong inventory control and material handling experience
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Experience with cycle counting and discrepancy resolution
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Nice to Have
- Kitting experience in manufacturing
- Familiarity with inventory labeling and racking systems
- Experience working in fast-paced, production-driven environments

Work Environment
You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team supporting a busy manufacturing floor. This role is hands-on, requiring time spent moving materials, organizing inventory, and working at a computer for ERP transactions.
The environment is fast-paced and production-driven, where priorities may shift based on operational needs. Attention to detail and organization are key to success in this role.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
