Job Description
We are currently hiring general production workers for our overnight shift. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and eager to enhance their skills. Assigned trainers will guide you through the different processes of our manufacturing operations, ensuring you learn effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consistent inspections throughout the day.
- Enter data into a computer system.
- Ensure the production line runs smoothly.
- Partner with a Technician for line setup and product changeovers.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization.
- Assist colleagues during break times.
- Good job tenure and stable work history.
- Ambitious and willing to learn.
- Interest in working within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of how to read a ruler and perform basic math.
- Ability to complete a ruler test.
- Skills in assembly, machine operation, and inspection.
- Proficiency in using micrometers, computer skills, and calipers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience using micrometers and calipers.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
Work in a well-lit, clean, and organized environment. The overnight shift runs from 7:00pm to 7:00am with a rotating schedule of two days on and two days off. Employees work between 36 and 48 hours per week. The 12-hour shift includes two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easthampton, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
