ASSEMBLER– $16/HR
Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay: $16/hour + Overtime Available
Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Job Duties
- Assemble door hardware and security products according to specifications and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and follow production orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Package completed products for shipment
- Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with other production and manufacturing tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a production environment
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly
- Experience with quality inspections or production processes
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment. Employees may be required to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work around moving machinery while following all safety procedures.

Vacation; 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 10 years. Uniform provided 40 hours of sick time- probationary period of 106 days. 10 paid holidays No travel No waiting period for benefits Medical is 75% covered
