General Production Worker

- 2nd Shift: $22.00/hour
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable General Production Workers to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team in Biddeford, Maine. In this role, you will assist with the production and assembly of aerospace components in a clean, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Assemble aerospace products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Follow quality standards and production procedures to ensure accurate and consistent results.
- Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks with attention to detail.
- Inspect materials and finished products to maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Learn and apply new processes and manufacturing techniques as needed.

- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
