Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and moving materials throughout the facility while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating stand-up forklifts, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product accuracy.
- Willing to learn to Operate a stand-up electric forklift (Crown preferred) to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and control.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory according to company procedures.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
- Process and receive Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
- Print labels and complete basic computer-based warehouse transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to meet operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Experience receiving and processing Purchase Orders.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and RF scanners.
- Ability to safely lift and move 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Material handling experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with order picking, stocking, and inventory replenishment.
- Knowledge of pallet handling and warehouse organization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.
